1. Our services

Ventus Global Education provides documentation advisory services to students applying for university acceptance and student visas in Australia, New Zealand, Canada, the United Kingdom and Malta. This includes reviewing, organising and advising on identification, academic and financial documents.

We do not represent any embassy, immigration authority or university, and we do not guarantee the outcome of any application. Final decisions on offers and visas rest entirely with the relevant institution or government authority.

2. Client responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy and authenticity of every document you provide to us. We review and organise documents in good faith based on what is submitted, but we do not independently verify facts, certify authenticity, or accept liability for documents found to be inaccurate or fraudulent.

You agree to provide complete and truthful information about your circumstances, including prior visa refusals, travel history and immigration history where relevant.

3. Fees & payment

Applicable fees for our services will be communicated to you directly before any paid engagement begins. Fees for our services are separate from, and do not include, university tuition, visa application fees, or any third-party charges.

4. No guarantee of outcome

Because acceptance and visa decisions are made solely by universities and government authorities, we cannot and do not guarantee approval, processing time, or any specific outcome for your application.

5. Confidentiality

We treat the personal and financial documents you share with us as confidential, and handle them in line with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your information to third parties.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ventus Global Education is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use of our services, including losses connected to a delayed, refused or unsuccessful application.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
